The project involved several discovery phases to develop a working brief to produce a CRM system allowing access for 3 types of users, Ignite Gas themselves, the customer, and the ignite Gas engineer, in a central point where all jobs with historical data, client information, invoices, and certificates are securely stored and accessed by all parties with varying levels of access.
The system operates dynamically and upon completion of a job the engineer, whilst on the road, updates the project with notes and whether the job requires further action or is complete - notifying Ignite Gas administration.
Upon completion and sign off a specific job, an invoice and certificate if required is generated and provided to the client to share with the landlord.
The system continues to be developed providing Ignite Gas a full reporting module and now also dynamically advises customers and Ignite Gas of upcoming critical deadlines to renew certification whether it be 1, 2, or 5 years renewal ensuring the landlord remains compliant with regulations for the tenants safety.
