The challenge

O'Neills' site was slow, hard to navigate on mobile and had a clunky checkout. Repeat orders and trade account sign-ups were awkward, the large catalogue was hard to manage, and there was no foundation for digital marketing.

What we did

We optimised their Magento 2 store with a responsive design, simpler account management, image optimisation and faster performance. We added landing pages such as Shop by Brands and a revamped blog, and ran PPC with monthly optimisation alongside a keyword-led SEO strategy.
