Coronavirus: Business as Usual at ina4
In light of the recent Covid-19 updates, we would like to reassure our clients that Ina4 will remain business as usual, and that you should have very minimal to no disruptions to your online business services with ourselves.
In the past week, our team has been preparing ourselves and have put a plan in place to take our workforce mobile in the event of isolation; ensuring we have the full capability to provide business as usual for our clients.
To ensure the health and safety of our team and our clients, we have already made the decision not to hold any client meetings within our offices, or at our client’s premises. However, we want our clients to be assured that we have things in place to ensure your services with us will not be affected.
We are doing everything we can to ensure that in the eventuality of our team having to work remotely everything will still run smoothly, and we will continue to be contactable during this time.
Phone - We have the ability to redirect our phone lines so that, even in the event of our entire workforce working from home, you can still call us on 01942 366420 with questions, queries, and issues.
Email - emails will still be monitored, so you can still email us as normal on either email@example.com or to your client manager.
Technical Issues - If you have any technical issues with your website or any other service you have with ourselves, you can still email us as normal at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our support system will be monitored as usual.
Meetings - We will not be carrying out meetings in person, but if necessary we are able to carry out meetings via Skype or Microsoft Teams, or can arrange phone calls/conference calls if necessary to keep you updated.
Please note that our web servers are off-site and across multiple locations, so your online platforms will continue to run as normal.
