Anti Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement 2019

Ina4 Media is committed to respecting, and acting in a manner which avoids infringing on, human rights, and will actively seek to ensure we are not complicit in human rights abuses committed by others (whether this be modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our supply chain).

Ina4 Media fully embraces the aims and ideals of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and have started the journey on the analysis and implementation of its intentions throughout our own business and supply chain. We remain fully committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business and will continue to commit to the fight against modern day slavery throughout the UK.

Our Business & Structure

Ina4 Media provides website design, build, hosting and marketing services. The majority of our services are provided from our offices in the North of England. A small proportion of our services are outsourced to one dedicated supplier, which allows us to cater for clients who require complex bespoke software development. This supplier is committed to the same high operational, ethical and reporting standards and implements clear corporate social responsibility to ensure social, economic and environmental benefits for all those involved in its activities.

Our Employees

We have communicated our Modern Day Slavery Policy to all our workforce and this forms part of our staff induction process. All staff are trained to be vigilant to the signs and dangers of modern slavery and to report, where necessary, any unethical behaviour.

Our Suppliers

We establish a relationship of trust and integrity with all our suppliers, which is built upon mutually beneficial factors. Our supplier selection includes due diligence of the supplier’s reputation, respect for the law, compliance with health, safety and environmental standards and references. Ina4 Media conducts due diligence on all new suppliers during on-boarding and on existing suppliers at regular intervals. This is done through the following processes:-

  • Mapping our current supply chain to assess particular product or geographical risks
  • Evaluation of the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier
  • Review on an annual basis all aspects of our supplier chain

Our Policy

We have undertaken a review of our Modern Day Slavery Policy and are satisfied that it meets our current requirements, and that no amendments are required at this time.
